Meeting Rooms
Conference Services offer a limited number of meeting rooms for your conference needs.
Meeting Facilities (Living-Learning Center Performance Hall, classrooms and meeting rooms,
Bean East Conference Room, Bean West Conference Room, Earl International House Classrooms 1 and 2, and Moore Dining Room)
| Up to 40 people | $40.00 per day |
| 41 to 80 people | $75.00 per day |
| Over 81 people | $100.00 per day |
Charges include custodial service and standard room setup. Audiovisual equipment is available for an additional charge. Rental charge will accrue if there is a room setup in the hall lounge the group is occupying or any other residence hall facility. For rental of additional meeting rooms on campus call EMU Scheduling at (541) 346-6000.
Parking
Parking is available for $5.00 per day.

Lounges
When a conference reserves a hall on campus, the accompanying spacious lounge is included for that conferences.
The lounge has sofas, chairs, and often a piano. Room set ups to meet your conference needs are available.

Televisions with expanded-basic cable (over sixty channels) can be found in basements (where available)
Audio Visual Equipment
Conference Services has a limited supply of AV equipment for rent. If our inventory is not sufficient for
your needs, we will be glad to rent additional equipment from third parties and add those rental charges to
your master bill as long as arrangements are made in advance.
