Conference Services will furnish three meals per day as part of the standard room and board package (rates). The first meal is dinner on the first day of the conference. The last meal will be lunch on the final day. All persons entering the dining center must pay for the meal being served either as part of a prepaid package using their residence meal cards, commuter meal card, guest meal card, or by paying cash at the door

The dining centers offer an all-you-care-to-eat buffet that includes salad bar, a variety of main entrées, vegetarian and vegan entrées, accompaniments, desserts, and beverages to suit most tastes. Most special diets can be accommodated from our standard menu. Trained staff is available to assist those concerned about the availability of specific foods. Special dietary concerns and changes in meal schedules should be coordinated with your CA. Every effort will be made to accommodate the needs of campers and adults.

Catering

In addition to regular meals available through our dining centers, catered meals may be arranged. The University Catering Service offers outdoor barbecues, box lunches, dinners, receptions, and more. A limited number of catered meals can be taken in place of dining center meals. Conference groups are responsible for the difference in price. Our professional catering staff is prepared to work with groups requesting special foods not found on our standard menu. For more information, please call the Catering and Conference Services Office at 346-4303 or check out the Menus. The Catering and Conference Services Office is the exclusive caterer for the University. Outside caterers are not allowed on campus. This includes all food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage items. OLCC policy requires that food service is provided whenever alcohol is served.
