University Housing policy requires adult supervision for all students of high school age or younger at all times when they are in the residence halls. An acceptable ratio of staff to campers is 1:20. We require at least this ratio and Conference Services provides complimentary room and board for one adult counselor per 20 students. Only adults living on floors occupied by campers are eligible for this complimentary service. An adult counselor is required per floor. If additional supervision is required by the Camp Organizer, those attendees are charged youth rates as long as they are living on floors occupied by youth campers.
