Meeting Facilities
Meeting facilities include Bean East Conference Room, Bean West Conference Room, Living-Learning Center meeting room, Earl Classrooms, and Moore Dining Room. Charges include custodial service and standard room setup. Audiovisual
equipment is available for an additional charge. Rental charges will accrue if there is a room setup in the hall lounge the group is occupying or any other residence hall facility. Please see rental rates on PDF for more information.

Adult Staff Who Accompany Campers
Adult supervision at a ratio of one adult per 20 youth is required by University Housing. There is no charge for adult staff living in the halls, including meals, to assist in meeting this requirement.
