Meeting Facilities

Meeting facilities include Bean East Conference Room, Bean West Conference Room, Living-Learning Center meeting room, Earl Classrooms, and Moore Dining Room. Charges include custodial service and standard room setup. Audiovisual equipment is available for an additional charge. Rental charges will accrue if there is a room setup in the hall lounge the group is occupying or any other residence hall facility. Please see rental rates on PDF for more information.

Up to 40 people:	$40 per day
41 to 80 people:	$75 per day
Over 81 people:	$100 per day

• A/V tech will need to be provided by client
• Rental charge will accrue if there is a room setup in the hall longe the group is occupying or any other residence hall facility

• Early arrivals are charged daily for room and board rate
• Room only rates are not available to youth camps

Adult Staff Who Accompany Campers

Adult supervision at a ratio of one adult per 20 youth is required by University Housing. There is no charge for adult staff living in the halls, including meals, to assist in meeting this requirement.
