UO Conference Services offers multiple levels of accommodations for groups during the summer months (middle of June through the first week of September).

* Note that Global Scholars Hall has a mix of room types with and without semi-private bath
Package Services include:
- (Optional) Three meals per day—dinner on day of arrival through lunch on day of departure
- (Optional) Daily towel service (not included in Basic or Full Linen Package)
- (Optional) Beds made upon arrival with linens changed for stays exceeding one week
- Exclusive use of the hall(s) your group occupies, including the lounge
Each of our accommodation types includes linen, meaning your bed is made with a set of fresh towels waiting for you upon check-in.
Campus rooms include a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair.

UO Conference and Event Services provides a discount on consecutive nights stayed for your group participants.

Meal Service
Should your guests have a conference meal plan as part of their package or may be dining a la carte, they’ll be dining in our tasty summer venue, which is set up to be all you care to eat, with meals and assortments to keep you and your guests well-fed through your stay.
