Theater Style
This setup, using chairs only, provides the maximum capacity for each room and focuses the group on the presentation.
Chairs with desk or table space facing a from of room similar to a classroom.
Classroom Style
This setup with tables and chairs provides a comfortable setting for longer periods of time and provides a better work surface for participant note taking.
Tables and chairs arranged in a U shape for easier group interactions or discussions.
U-Shaped Style
This style works well for a session that combines both presentation and some group interaction or discussion.
Tables and chairs arraynged in a O shape or a hollow square shape for easier group discussions.
Conference Style
This style provides the maximum workspace and an excellent setting for group discussion.
Round tables setup with approximately 5 chairs per table, helps with small groups or if meals are served.
Banquet Style
Most often appropriate for meals, this setting can also be used for small work groups.
